In its early days making Android phones, Samsung was popular for throwing everything but the kitchen sink into its software. It was an approach that gained the company millions of fans, but it wasn't an approach appreciated by everyone.

Samsung gradually dialled down the number of out-of-the-box functionality customers got when they purchased a Galaxy smartphone and tablet. Eventually, Samsung clubbed many of the unique and useful features together under the Advanced features menu.

Samsung Galaxy advanced features: Go from beginner to expert

This menu is not as well-known as it should be, and while you may already be using some of the features in there, you may be missing out on a lot of the cool stuff your Samsung Galaxy is capable of.

But thanks to our latest YouTube video, you can go from beginner to expert and learn about pretty much every advanced feature that can be found on Galaxy smartphones and tablets.

Whether it's the fancy new Galaxy AI suite available on Samsung's flagship devices, all the multitasking capabilities of Samsung One UI, or motions and gestures that make using your device more convenient and less of a hassle, everything can be found in the Settings » Advanced features menu.

Why this small One UI 7.0 change seems like a pretty big deal

As you may have probably heard several times before, the upcoming One UI 7.0 update will change many things about the look and feel of Samsung's proprietary Android skin. But oddly enough, in my eyes, one of the most significant changes One UI 7.0 is supposed to bring is rather inconspicuous. If some of the […]

The One UI 7.0 beta update might be coming later than everyone had hoped, but this could mean we'll enjoy a more polished test firmware than usual. Every new Galaxy phone user should know about this routine

Samsung was among the first OEMs to implement the Always On Display (AOD) feature on its smartphones, and to this day, AOD remains a staple of the Galaxy phone experience. One UI 7.0 will feel completely different even in early beta

Samsung might be taking its time launching the One UI 7.0 beta program, but it could be for the better. By all accounts, One UI 7 isn't just another incremental upgrade but almost like a reimagining of Samsung's proprietary skin for Android. The company better get it right, even if it comes at a time […]
